These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dubairealestatedirectory.com (the "Site"), operated by Dubai Real Estate Directory ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

What this Site is

Dubai Real Estate Directory is an independent, informational directory of real estate agencies and brokerages operating in Dubai, UAE. We are not a licensed real estate broker, and nothing on this Site is real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice.

No affiliation, no endorsement

We are not affiliated with, and do not formally endorse, any agency listed on the Site — including agencies with a Featured Placement (see below). Inclusion in the directory is not a guarantee of an agency's quality, licensing status, or conduct.

Accuracy of information

We make a reasonable effort to keep agency information (names, descriptions, specialties, years established) accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free. Always verify an agency's RERA registration and credentials directly before engaging their services.

Featured Placement (paid listings)

Featured Placement is a paid package available to agencies, consisting of priority placement in search results and a "★ Featured" badge.
Featured Placement is always disclosed with the badge and does not remove, hide, or reorder any other agency's Standard (free) listing.
Purchasing Featured Placement does not constitute an endorsement of the agency by Dubai Real Estate Directory.
Specific pricing, payment terms, and refund policy for Featured Placement will be provided separately at the time of purchase.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party agency websites, search results, and contact details. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to scrape the directory at scale for resale, submitting false information through the listing enquiry form, or attempting to disrupt the Site's operation.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with any agency found through it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
