Listing enquiries: if you submit the "Enquire About Listing" form, we receive the agency name, contact name, email address, phone number (optional), package selection, and any message you write. This is sent as an email to our inbox — we do not store it in a database.
Browsing data: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

What we don't collect

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, we will ask for your consent.

Third-party services

Enquiry emails are retained as long as reasonably needed to manage the business relationship with a listed agency, or until you ask us to delete them.

Agency directory information

Information about listed real estate agencies (name, description, specialties, year established) is compiled from publicly available business information, not personal data about individuals. If you represent a listed agency and want information corrected or removed, contact us.
